If you are from anywhere else, follow these steps:

1) Go to a French proxy like: hideme.be OR frenchproxy.info 

2) Using the proxy, go to stardoll.com 

3) Log into Stardoll

4) Using the proxy, go to http://www.stardoll.com/en/clubs/home.php?id=4398716&action=ma&ac=4398716

5) You should automatically join the club

6) Using the proxy, go to http://stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/giveItem.php?id=54&hash=0b4347321261ed19e7ccfa40680dc77c&b=4

7) You will be redirected to a Brittany Snow 2 doll. 

8) Exit the proxy and log onto Stardoll regularly.

The shirt and backpack should be in a "The Hit Girls" backpack in your suite.
